Property: Light yellow powder, non-poisonous, having strange bitter odor. Specific gravity: 1.42-1.52, melting point: 170°C min, soluble in benzene, chloroform, CS2, alcohol, acetone, caustic and alkali metal carbonate solution, slightly soluble in hot water, insoluble in petrol and cold water. Combustible, low limit of combustion: 25G/cm3, explosive in power.
Appearance: Light yellow or greyish white powder or pellet.
Melting point: 170.0°C min
Loss of weight after heating: 0.4% max
Ash: 0.3% max
Residue on sieve(100mesh, 150um for powder): 0.1% max
Uses: Used as mother substance of mercapto-type-accelerators to produce accelerator DM, NOBS, NS and etc.
Packing: Packed in multiple paper bag lined with plastic bag. 25kg/bag or at buyer's request.
